Wedding Programs
Wedding programs are an option you can choose to have, but they are not mandatory. This is yet another detail where you can integrate your wedding style, and a little personality. This is a stationary item that is great for your guests. But what is included in a wedding program? Here are some basics to give you an idea on what should be included, if you’d like to make your own!
- All of the info on the wedding day, such as location, time and the name of the bride and groom.
- The over all time line of the wedding ceremony, down to the music numbers.
- Information on the guests, and their relationship to the bride and groom.
- Information on the officiant.
- Thank yous, to the guests, family and particularly the parents on both sides.
- Any information on traditions that your guests should be aware of, even if it is common, it’s polite they know what is what in the ceremony.
- Any note honoring a deceased loved one, if you’d like to send them love on your special day.
As for personalizing them, you can use something as simple as the wedding colors, or follow a theme and have illustrations!
